One-bedroom apartments at Botanica were offered for 558-663 euro per 1 sq. m; at Buiucani - 659-670 euro; at the Center - 679-741 euros, in Ciocana - 613-661 euro; at Riscanovca - 641-686 euros. The cost of 1 sq. m of a 3-room flats at Botanica made 506-596 euro; at Buiucani- 563-579 euro; in the Center - 583-640 euros, in Ciocana - 540-612 euro; at Riscanovca - 573-612 euros, accordingly. 1 square meter in 4-room apartment in January costs 458-535 euro per 1 sq. m at Botanica; 523-535 euro at Buiucani; 520-573 euro - in the centre; 486-541 euros in Ciocana; 535-557 euros at Riscanovca.
