The developing outlook means equal probability of changing and maintaining the rating in the mid-term. The Bank used to have rating В++, which means acceptable credit solvency, with the developing outlook.

Suspension by the Bank of a significant portion of transactions effective on March 11, 2014, was the key rating downgrading factor. It highly complicates timely and full performance of obligations to lenders.
