OREANDA-NEWS.  Sergey Kogogin, Director General of OJSC KAMAZ, signed a decree on the appointment of Anna Shilina as a successor to Deputy Director General for Human Resources and Organizational Development from 2 March 2014. In accordance with the company’s policy, she will take Kirill Puzyrkov’s post after a while.

It should be recalled that Kirill Puzyrkov has been holding this position for the last seven years. He organized temporary works at the plant during a crisis period to support the employees under conditions of a downfall in production. Also, under a business efficiency program, the Unit for Human Resource Management and Organizational Development optimized the management personnel and outsourced non-core activities.

At the last conference on the company’s collective agreement, Sergey Kogogin noted that the human resource service performed its tasks during the crisis, and now the company’s main target is to retain young people and attract highly skilled employees. “Without competent experts increasing production volumes and labor productivity, we won’t manage to realize all our plans and create a brand new product,” said Sergey Kogogin.

Before she came to KAMAZ, Anna Shilina had worked in personnel management structures of well-known Russian companies at various positions ranging from a hiring manager to a direction manager. Her recent post was Deputy Director General for Personnel in JSC TEK MOSENERGO, and before that she had been holding the same position at JSC Energostroyinvest-Holding for almost three years.
With his huge managerial experience, Kirill Puzyrkov will continue working in KAMAZ Group.
