OREANDA-NEWS. The second meeting of the Working Group on Monitoring the Implementation of Joint Action Plans of Vnesheconombank Group and Supreme Executive Government Authorities of Russia's Constituent Entities was held at Vnesheconombank in the format of video conference. The meeting was devoted to the Kemerovo region's comprehensive development.

In the attendance of the meeting were Deputy Governor of the Kemerovo region for Economy and Regional Development Dmitry Islamov, heads of line departments of the Collegium of the Kemerovo Region Administration, Director of Vnesheconombank's Regional Policy Department Sergei Astafurov, employees of structural subdivisions and subsidiary institutions of Vnesheconombank as well as initiators of investment projects.

In the course of the Working Group meeting its participants summed up the results of implementing the Joint Action Plan of Vnesheconombank Group and the Collegium of the Kemerovo Region Administration in the 2nd half of 2013 for the Kemerovo region's comprehensive development for a period of 2012-2015. As a result, they adjusted the list of projects included in the Plan and identified further steps to use capabilities of OJSC the Federal Project Finance Center for Supporting Small and Medium-Sized Enterprises as well as Mono-Cities of the Kemerovo Region.

As of today, Vnesheconombank's corporate governance bodies approved one investment project of the Kemerovo region in the transport infrastructure sector with a total value of 27.1 billion rubles. Vnesheconombank's participation share is expected to be 6.3 billion rubles.

As of February 1, 2014, Vnesheconombank's subsidiary banks' loan portfolio was 4.7 billion rubles (CJSC GLOBEXBANK - 0.782 billion rubles, OJSC Svyaz-Bank - 3.938 billion rubles. The financing amount provided to companies from the beginning of 2014 is about 1.5 billion rubles (CJSC GLOBEXBANK - 0.577 billion rubles, OJSC Svyaz-Bank - 0.960 billion rubles).

As of January 1, 2014, OJSC VEB-Leasing entered into 370 leasing agreements for a total amount of 784.7 million rubles.

As of March 17, 2014 the regional limit set for the Kemerovo region under the program to support small and medium-sized enterprises implemented by Vnesheconombank through its subsidiary SME-Bank was 1.02 billion rubles, with unexpended balance being 806.9 million

Further results of implementing the Joint Action Plan are to be summed up in the 4th quarter of 2014.
