OREANDA-NEWS. According to the Georgian National Statistics Office "GeoStat", in January-March 2014,  Georgia's foreign trade turnover made USD 2 523 million (excluding spontaneous trade), that is by 18% more than in the same period of 2013.

Over the reporting period, export made USD 696 million (by 23% more), while import – USD 1 827 million (by 16% more), the negative trading balance of Georgia made USD 1 131 million, 45% of the total foreign trade turnover.
