Conference on Lean Production Systems in DIC Organizations Postponed
OREANDA-NEWS. The date of the conference On Introduction of Lean Production Systems in DIC Organizations is changed for 24-25 April (earlier it was scheduled for 22-23 April). The conference is held within the frameworks of the meeting of the Military-Industrial Commission under the Russian Government, and its date was changed because the meeting was postponed.
The conference is organized by the Military Industrial Commission under the Government of the Russian Federation, the Government of the Republic of Tatarstan, OJSC KAMAZ, the CCI of Naberezhnye Chelny and Zakamye Region, and ANO Institut Orgprom.
The event is organized primarily for the top managers of companies and corporations of the defense-industrial complex (Rostec, Oboronprom, ROSATOM, the Russian Federal Space Agency, etc.), and also directors of enterprises of related industries. The conference is aimed at solving a task set by Russia’s President to improve the labour productivity and competitiveness of the domestic economy.
The agenda of the conference and the visiting meeting includes plenary discussion, exhibitions of “lean” enterprises and round table meetings with the participation of Dmitry Rogozin, Chairman of the RF Government, and Rustam Minnikhanov, President of Tatarstan, heads of the Military-Industrial Commission, Russian leading companies and well-known lean manufacturing experts from other countries.
The participants will share experience delivering speeches and discussing problems, and also visiting business trainings. The top managers will visit business games and masterclasses organized by the leading Russian and foreign providers to show them potential of lean manufacturing. The “game” part includes trainings Lego-Stimulation, Lean Management, Lean Product Development, Lean Management Accounts, business games Lean Factory, the masterclass Development of Lean Transformation Program. The participants will also manage to visit the Factory of Processes at KAMAZ.
