OREANDA-NEWS. April 24, 2014. As part of the strategic cooperation between the Integrated Transport & Logistics Company Project Office and DHL Global Forwarding, the first container train has now delivered goods from Suzhou in China's Jiangsu province to Warsaw in Poland in just 13 days.

By way of comparison, when transporting containers by ship from China to Europe, the sea leg of the journey alone takes 45-60 days, excluding the delivery of the cargo to/from the ports.

Currently, work is actively underway on the preparation of regular container trains between China - Europe once a week.

DHL is responsible for providing comprehensive third-party logistics services (3PL/TPL) and the formation of the cargo base in both China and in Europe. Thanks to the cooperation with DHL, the Integrated Transport & Logistics Company has received the opportunity to enter the freight transport market in both the western and eastern provinces of China.
