OREANDA-NEWS. Ural Airlines' 20th Anniversary General Shareholders Meeting was held on 28 April 2014. The agenda of the meeting included the following items: election of the Board of Directors; approving the Company's 2013 Annual Report and annual financial statements; profit distribution following the results of the fiscal year; approval of related party transactions, etc.

The key positive factors which ensured the growth of the airline's operating volumes in 2013 were flight safety provisions, highly professional personnel, increased aircraft fleet, start of the construction of a new, Russia's most modern aircraft shed facility, and confirmation of European quality standards by IOSA - registration in the register has been extended to 2016. In addition thereto, year 2013 saw expansion of Ural Airlines flight geography, sales network, and partnership relations, as well as implementation of proprietary service programs - for instance, Amadeus Altea platform.

Following the results of the Company's operations, the airline's revenue in 2013 equalled 29,199,820 thousand roubles; net profit, 206,659 thousand roubles. The amount of dividend approved at the meeting following the results of 2013 was 300 roubles per share in accordance with the Federal Law On Joint Stock Companies. Mode of payment: cash.

In addition thereto, the key plans for 2014 were announced at the shareholders meeting. In the current year, the airline's aircraft fleet will increase by further five European Airbus airplanes. A new aircraft shed will be opened, which will make it possible to perform all types of aircraft maintenance.
