OREANDA-NEWS. The Board of Directors of Joint Stock Company Freight One has approved the decision to launch a subsidiary in the Republic of Kazakhstan.

Regional diversification of the Company's activity is part of a long-term strategy allowing us to improve the quality of services to clients in Russia and Central Asia.

"Equal and active participation in the development of the promising railway market of Kazakhstan will significantly strengthen Freight One's position in the region, improving the quality and quantity of services to our clients", - said Oleg Bukin, CEO of Freight One, commenting on the resolution of the Company's Board of Directors.

Earlier, in July 2013, Oleg Bukin and Askar Mamin, President of JSC National Company Kazakhstan Temir Zholy (NC KTZ), signed a memorandum on strategic partnership and also agreed on cooperation in transport and logistics business development in the Republic.
