OREANDA-NEWS. May 09, 2014. Tallinn City Property Department announced a new auction for the sale of real estate in the Kopli district because the only bidder pulled out of the sale.

The real estate (82 lots) belonging to Tallinn will be sold in a combined auction as single object of sale with the starting price of 1.5 million euros and the deadline for offers is November 18, uudised.err.ee reported.

Deputy Mayor Eha Vork said the British company, Ransome?s Trading Holding Company Ltd., decided to withdraw from the sale, adding that hopefully the new auction will be successful.

The sale of the 17-hectare area in north Tallinn has been plagued by problems for years. The plot comes with detailed plans for a 100-million-euro residential area.
