OREANDA-NEWS. Net By Net Holding (NETBYNET), fixed broadband operator, sums up its performance in 2013. The Company significantly improved its market positions last year: subscribers base grew by 47%, revenue increased by more than 60% and achieved 4.14 BRUR.

NETBYNET, subsidiary of MegaFon, demonstrated 47% growth of its subscribers base vs. 2012 and achieved the level of over 746 000 subscribers as of the end of 2013. Customer base of NETBYNET includes 710 000 individual subscribers and more than 36 000 corporate subscribers. In 2013, NETBYNET revenue increased 63% and resulted 4,14 BRUR.

NETBYNET is the major asset of MegaFon that develops fixed broadband business. In 2013, MegaFon actively started to integrate all broadband assets on NETBYNET platform. During one year the integration was completed for YUGRATEL (Surgut, Khanty-Mansiysk, Pokachi, Yugorsk, Sovietsky, Nyagan) and Synterra South (Volgodonsk, Rostov-on-Don, Stavropol, Krasnodar). In 2013, the process of the companies integration took about 3 months. That was achieved through unification of internal procedures. Last year the Company was active in acquisitions of new assets including: LNT (Lobnya) and Ratmir Telecom (Tver). This year MegaFon will integrate its fixed broadband assets located in North-West Branch, such as WebPlus and Pskov GTS as well as assets controlled by Volga, Urals and Far East branches of MegaFon.

In 2014, we plan to expand our coverage, improve quality of our services and increase our subscriber base by more than 20%, which includes development in new regions - North-West and Primorye”.

NETBYNET offers fixed broadband services in 47 Russian cities, in five branches of MegaFon: Stolichny, Central, Kavkaz, Volga and Urals. In all other regions, customers of the Internet provider may access complete Triple Play bundle, so in addition to broadband Internet access they may also enjoy digital TV and telephony.
