OREANDA-NEWS. EuroSibEnergo Group has successfully completed its work during the 2013-2014 autumn and winter period characterized by maximum loads. During the heating season, the enterprises operated in the normal mode. Employees of the companies ensured reliable and uninterrupted energy supply to consumers in all of the Group's operating regions. Smooth operation during the autumn and winter period was made possible through serious efforts aimed at implementing large-scale repair and investment programs.

Currently, enterprises of OJSC EuroSibEnergo have started implementing the summer repair program. For instance, OJSC Irkutskenergo is to carry out repairs to 58 boiler units, 21 turbine units, 6 hydroelectric units and heating networks, with financing totaling about RUB 5 bln. At OJSC Krasnoyarsk HPP, an overhaul of hydroelectric unit No. 11, running and major repairs are underway; their cost will total over RUB 290 mln. At the Avtozavodskaya CHPP, the company plans to carry out major repairs to two energy boilers, two water-heating boilers and three turbine generators. The total cost of a set of measures related to repairing major equipment is estimated at RUB 209.5 mln. At OJSC EnSer, preventive maintenance and repairs will be carried out to main and auxiliary equipment of CHPPs, including turbines and pumping equipment, water-heating and energy boilers. Overall, the company plans to allocate over RUB 70 mln for maintenance and repairs of existing generating capacities. Furthermore, OJSC Irkutsk Electronetwork Company plans to carry out repairs to over 9,500 km of power lines and 2,800 transformer substations as part of its efforts to improve the quality and reliability of power supply. Overall, in 2014, IENC plans to allocate over RUB 520 mln for its repair program.

Measures related to repairing and upgrading equipment to be implemented at enterprises forming part of EuroSibEnergo Group will help to ensure reliable energy supply to consumers during the next heating season.
