The award was presented in Kazan at the meeting of the Regional Association of Employers “Enterprises and Entrepreneurs Association of the Republic of Tatarstan", which was attended by Farid Mukhametshin, Chairman of the State Council, heads of the ministries and departments and largest enterprises of Tatarstan.
