“The amendments to the drug commerce law on the issues of substitutability, further institutionalization on the market of GMP requirements, as well as specifics of registering particular groups of drugs, were coordinated by the Government of the Russian Federation, and we expect that in autumn they’ll be submitted to the State Duma”, said Timophei Nizhegorodtsev. “Adopting the amendments will increase the level of fair competition on the drug markets and create conditions for reducing prices for medicines”.
