OREANDA-NEWS. It is the fifth integrated annual report combining information on the strategy, management, performance, and future outlook of the LOTOS Group, and reflecting the economic, social and environmental conditions of the Group's business. The publication is available exclusively in the electronic format at the company's website: www.raportroczny.lotos.pl.

The report presents LOTOS' business model, including a discussion of opportunities and risks brought by the management of social, environmental, employment, human rights, and business ethics issues. Additionally, the publication shows the management approach, as well as the 2013 results of our financial, production, natural, relational, social, human and intellectual capital management.

"The leitmotif of this year's report, reflected in its title: 'Win the future,' refers to the strategic '2013-2015 Efficiency and Growth Programme,' focusing on investments and restructuring measures at the LOTOS Group which are key for the value growth. The Programme implementation is closely related to ensuring Poland's energy security. Our objective for the report was to show how the management model we have adopted allows us to create value in the short- and long-term," said Pawel Olechnowicz, President of Grupa LOTOS Management Board.

As the report is published online, presentation of its contents can be adjusted to particular requirements of various reader groups.
