OREANDA-NEWS. June 17, 2014. A Cadre Conference was convened by MCC Communication Engineering Technology Co., Ltd. (MCET).

The determination of MCC Group on the leader adjustment for MCET was announced at the meeting, according to which: Liu Yiming was nominated as the Chairman, Party Secretary & Legal Representative of MCET; Hou Baoxu was nominated as the Vice Chairman of MCET; Jiang Shulan was nominated as the Chief Accountant; Zhao Zhishun was removed from the posts of Chairman & Director of MCET; Hou Baoxu was removed from the posts of the General Manager, Party Secretary & Legal Representative of MCET; Li Guogui was removed from the posts of the Chief Accountant & Member of the Party Committee, and would be nominated to a new post. President Zhang Zhaoxiang, Shan Zhongli, Vice Party Secretary, Discipline Inspection Commission Secretary & Chairman of the Board of Supervision, and the other leaders of MCC were present at the meeting.

Zhang Zhaoxiang delivered an important speech at the conference. At the outset, he made a briefing on the adjustment of the leading group of MCET, speaking highly of the contribution made by Zhao Zhishun and Hou Baoxu for the rapid development of the company. Then he put forward three requirements to the new leaders of MCET:

I Agglomerate mental efforts, take the mission and responsibility for market exploration of MCET

It is an inherent mission and the un-shrinkable responsibility for MCET to conduct active exploration of the transportation market and realize the development strategy formulated by MCC Group on the transportation infrastructure business.

II Intensify efforts on corporate management and further improve the project management competence and operational quality of the enterprise

The market exploration result shall be eventually proved by the economic benefit thus earned.

Whether the project could be efficiently implemented, and whether economic benefit could be generated and the social recognition could be won, shall be dependent upon the refinement of the enterprise management. MCET’s leaders of various levels shall get full awareness on the importance of project management, implement the responsibility system on a level-by-level basis, carry out real practice and solid work and make achievements in project execution.
III The leaders shall cooperate with absolute sincerity and continuously strengthen the construction of leading group and the contingent of cadres.

Both market exploration and strengthening of internal management are dependent on all the leaders and cadres of MCET. All the people shall undertake the responsibilities, fully utilize the various support extended by MCC Group, and perform well on market exploration and business operation of MCET.

According to Zhang Zhaoxiang, MCET is facing a critical period, as well as great internal and external challenges. It is just like a boat sailing against the current, one must forge ahead or be swept downstream. He expected the new leading group of MCET to lead all the cadres and employees, have the courage to fight against tremendous odds and make greater contribution to the development of MCET.

Hou Baoxu, Liu Yiming and Zhao Zhishun respectively aired opinions at the conference, stating that they would firmly obey the decisions of MCC Group and redouble efforts on their duties in the follow-up work, and repay the Group with excellent operational performance. The attendees at the meeting included: leaders and staff of the Party Committee and the HR Department of MCC Group, and the cadres of middle and higher levels of MCET in Beijing.
