OREANDA-NEWS.  A meeting of the Supervisory Board of National Settlement Depository (NSD), Russia’s central securities depository, took place. The Board approved fees for the provision of assistance in the preparation of documents for foreign entities that plan to become NSD clients. The new service is to be launched in July 2014.

In addition to this, the Supervisory Board approved a new Catalogue of Fees for Settlement Services. NSD optimized the fee scale for cash transfer and associated services; the company cancelled rates fixed in different currencies and merged all the transfers into two groups: transfers to accounts opened with NSD and transfers to accounts opened with other financial organizations. The Payment system’s fees are moved to a separate section.

The new version of the Catalogue of Fees will be put into effect after Bank of Russia approval. Then it will be placed on the company’s website in the Fees section in accordance with the terms provided by the Law “On the National Payment System” and by the company’s internal documents.
