OREANDA-NEWS. July 03, 2014. Sviaz-Bank’s popular New Home (Novostroyka) uncollateralized mortgage program will now be still more attractive for several months ahead.

Sviaz-Bank and the Morton Group of Companies as its partner launched a joint offer designed for a very broad segment of real property buyers with small and medium incomes.

Under this socially oriented offer, the partners have lowered the mortgage interest rate in the first three years of loans made for the purchase of apartments in any of the nine most desirable neighborhoods and housing estates in the capital city and suburbia built or under construction by the Morton Group of Companies.

The minimum interest rate will now be charged starting at 9.5% per annum in rubles during the first three years of the mortgage. Under the offer terms, mortgages issued for three to 30 years range from 400,000 to 30 million rubles.
