OREANDA-NEWS. Blagoveshchensk Valves Plant (BVP Open Joint Stock Company, based in the Republic of Bashkortostan, part of United Metallurgical Company, OMK CJSC, Moscow) has successfully completed trials of its relief valve's compliance with Gazprom's STO Standard.

All standard-sized valves in the factory's main product range have been modernized according to Gazprom's requirements by introducing changes into the model's construction. Based on test fields and an expertise on technical conditions, these items were included in the “Register of Equipment Whose Technical Conditions Comply With Gazprom's Technical Requirements," and have been allowed for use at the company's sites.

“Holding successful trials to comply with Gazprom standards is the best way to show the Blagoveshchensk Valves Plant's drive to continuously improve the quality of its products. Having these items included on Gazprom's register paves the way to supplying them to the country's leading oil and gas company," said Alexander Kozhevnikov, BVP's Managing Director.
