'Expert RA' rating agency downgraded Ukraine sovereign rating to СС, which means very low credit solvency, in foreign currency, and to ССС-, which means low credit solvency, in the national currency. The credit environment rating of the state was downgraded to С, which means the extremely low credit environment quality, in foreign currency, and to СС, which means very low credit environment quality, in the national currency.
