OREANDA-NEWS. July 15, 2014. Moldova and the Czech Republic will cooperate in the economic and industrial sectors. The government approved an agreement to this effect.

At the cabinet meeting, Deputy Economics Minister Tudor Copaci said the goal of the agreement was to promote economic cooperation, particularly in the energy and industrial areas, infrastructure and environmental protection.

The sides will promote projects of mutual interest and ensure reciprocal exchange of information on economic development, as well as opportunities of organising fairs and exhibitions.

The agreement on economic and industrial cooperation between the Moldovan and Czech governments was signed in Chisinau on 22 May.
