As pointed out the Head of Yakutia OFAS Russia, Yuri Ignatiev, “Yakutskenergo” OJSC violated the statutory pricing procedures: “OFAS found that the company had violated the antimonopoly law, since it had concluded contracts on technological connection without specifying such an essential condition as payment for technological connection approved by the tariff body”.

OFAS also found that “Yakutskenergo” OJSC committed an administrative violation and held the company administratively liable. The company was fined around 9 million RUB.
