OREANDA-NEWS. Bank of Baroda (BoB) announced today that, the bank has issued fixed rate senior unsecured notes amounting to USD 250 million by way of tapping / re-opening of its senior unsecured notes of USD 750 million originally issued on Jan. 23, 2014 and maturing on July 23, 2019.

"The notes are issued to meet the present / future long term funding requirement at the overseas centres of the bank," it said.

Shares of the bank gained Rs 3.05, or 0.37%, to settled at Rs 834.40. The total volume of shares traded was 200,963 at the BSE (Wednesday).
