OREANDA-NEWS.  July 24, 2014. As e-governance Centre informs, the program is created on a single web-based platform that interacts with the state register of legal entities and other state registers which allows automating monitoring and providing all information about the control.

The functions of the system include: automatic identification of duplication of scheduled inspections of the same economic agent multiple regulatory agencies; alarm about violations of the provisions of legislation controlling body (for example, in case of occurrence in the graph unfounded, re-examinations of the same economic agent, on behalf of the Supervisory body within 1 year) after 48 hours from the moment of control; with abolition of centralization of data cancelled management costs separate registries.

In addition, the system allows each economic agent to control register in electronic format, becoming, thus, an effective tool for planning and organization of enterprise activity, and also allows interdepartmental electronic turnover of documents related to the whole cycle of control: planning-decision making-delegation-the act of control. According to the creators of the system, the implementation of this program will make transparency in the process of control of business activity. Information stored in the registry (except for information that the law is assigned to the category of restricted access) is available for public viewing on the website www.controale.gov.md.

It can be reminded that the Central public regulatory bodies with control functions are: the National Agency for energy regulation (ANRE), National Agency for regulation in electronic communications and information technology (ANRCETI), the National Agency for competition protection, the national Commission for financial market (NCFM).

The launch of the automated information system "State register of control" is a part of the project "e- management", carried out with the support of the World Bank and implemented by the government property administration with the help of e-government Center and the Center of special telecommunications.
