OREANDA-NEWS. August 08, 2014. The Bank of Moscow summarized results for 6 months of 2014 in medium and small enterprises sector.

According to the results of the first 6 months of 2014, SME credit portfolio amounted to 235 milliard roubles, exceeding planned numbers, having increased within 6 months of this year for more than 45 milliard roubles, still growing at a rate much higher than the corporate lending market growth rate. At that for a year the share of overdue loans in SME credit portfolio has decreased from 7 to 4.2%.

SME clients guarantee portfolio in the first half of 2014 amounted to 45 milliards roubles, having increased 1.3 times from the beginning of the year. In many ways, this result has been achieved due to active cooperation of the Bank of Moscow with enterprises, which implement both state and municipal orders.

A significant progress has been made by the Bank for six months of the year, in terms of SME clients attraction: almost 8.8 thousand of SME clients have been attracted to the Bank for servicing, which is 1.5 times more than for the same period of 2013.

In SME section one of the most prioritized directions is cooperation with regional municipal economies. Thus, for 6 months of 2014 the Bank granted funds for repair of roads in Zelenograd, reconstruction of utilities in Moscow Zoo, replacement of lifting equipment in St. Petersburg, the construction of Perm Eastern Bypass road, for the reconstruction of M–53 Baikal Highway (from Chelyabinsk to Chita) and for others projects.
