OREANDA-NEWS. Moscow Domodedovo Airport is an undisputed leader among the largest airports in Europe in terms of passenger traffic growth (+12.8%) in June 2014 according to the report of the Airports Council International Europe (ACI Europe).

More than 3.3 million passengers used the services of the largest Russian air hub during the first summer month.

Moscow Domodedovo Airport became the first Russian airport to join the category of the largest hubs in Europe with annual passenger traffic exceeding 25 million people. This group also includes London Heathrow Airport, Paris Charles de Gaulle Airport, Amsterdam Airport Schiphol, and others.
