OREANDA-NEWS. August 13, 2014. Open Joint Stock Company Bank Otkritie Financial Corporation (formerly OJSC NOMOS-Bank) - Intended de-listing of GDRs from the Official List of the Financial Conduct Authority and cancellation of trading on London Stock Exchange plc (the "London Stock Exchange").

Open Joint Stock Company Bank Otkritie Financial Corporation (formerly OJSC NOMOS-Bank) (the "Company") today announces its intention for the global depositary receipts representing interests in the Company's ordinary shares (the "GDRs") to be removed from the Official List and for the trading of the GDRs on the Main Market of the London Stock Exchange to be cancelled.

Having considered the level of liquidity in the GDRs in light of the regulatory obligations associated with maintaining a listing of the GDRs in London and the associated cost and administrative burden, the Company has determined that maintaining a London listing of GDRs in addition to the listing of the Company's shares on the Moscow Exchange is no longer justifiable.

An application has been made to the Financial Conduct Authority for the GDRs to be removed from the Official List and to the London Stock Exchange for trading in the GDRs to be cancelled with effect from 9 September 2014.

The last day of dealings in the GDRs on the London Stock Exchange is expected to be 8 September 2014.

The cancellation of the listing and of trading in the GDRs on the London Stock Exchange is expected to take effect at or about 8:00 a.m. on 9 September 2014.

The Company's current intention is that the GDR facility will remain operative following cancellation of the listing and trading of the GDRs. The Company will make a further announcement in due course if and when a decision is taken to close the GDR facility.
