When purchasing tickets for train No. 6/5 running between Vilnius – Moscow – Vilnius, departing from 15 September 2014, passengers can obtain discounts of up to 15% off the ticket component of the fare on the territory of Russia and Lithuania and off the cost of reserved seats in all types of carriages.

Train No. 6/5 is operated by Lithuanian Railways

Passengers are entitled to a discount of 15% when buying tickets from 45 to 31 days before the date of train departure, and to 10% from 30 to 21 days before the date of departure.

Tickets bought 10 days or less before train departure are subject to a surcharge of 3% on the ticket component of the fare on the territory of Russia and Lithuania and on the cost of reserved seats in all types of carriages.

The above-mentioned discounts / surcharges apply to all No. 6/5 Vilnius – Moscow – Vilnius trains departing from 15 September until the end of 2014.

Passengers can also purchase tickets with up to a 15% discount off the total fare on trains to Belarus.

The fare schedule is valid for trains No. 11/12 Moscow – Minsk, No. 35/36 St. Petersburg – Brest and No. 113/114 Novosibirsk – Brest operated by the Federal Passenger Company, and for trains No. 50/49 Brest – Saint Petersburg, No. 52/51 Minsk – Saint Petersburg, No. 78/77 Grodno – Moscow, No. 104/103 Brest – Novosibirsk and No. 376/375 Gomel – Adler operated by Belarusian Railways.

Passengers obtain a discount of 15% when purchasing tickets between 60 (45) and 31 days before train departure, and 10% from 30 to 21 days, off the total cost of the ticket on Russian and Belarusian territory in carriages of all types, in addition to general carriages.

When purchasing tickets up to 10 days or less before train departure, a surcharge of 5% applies to the total cost of travel in carriages of all types, with the exception of common carriages.

In addition, these discounts / surcharges do not apply to the cost of travel in the following periods:

from 31 October to 4 November and from 25 to 31 December 2014 on the territory of Russia (ticket component) or to the cost of reserved seats in carriages of trains operated by the Federal Passenger Company;

from 31 October to 10 November and from 25 to 31 December 2014 on the territory of Belarus (ticket component) or to the cost of reserved seats in carriages of trains operated by Belarusian Railways.

Note that the discounts / surcharges on the trains to Lithuania and Belarus do not apply when booking tickets on domestic routes (within one country) and for organised groups of passengers.

When booking tickets on train No. 6/5 Vilnius – Moscow – Vilnius, discounts / surcharges on the territory of Belarus, including transit passage, do not apply.
