OREANDA-NEWS. The Posuda Center chain is broadening the contract held by MAYKOR one that covers cash register and automated work station servicing. From the beginning of 2014 the amount of equipment maintained by the outsourcer jumped to 60 units, while the project overall expanded to include four more cities.

The service contract was signed at the end of 2012 and has since grown yearly in tandem with the Posuda Center chain. MAYKOR currently provides tech support for automated work stations and cash registers located at 27 sales points belonging to Posuda Center that are in turn spread across 25 major cities in the Central, Southern, Siberian, Far Eastern, and Volga federal regions. Services are provided throughout all the cities via a single service agreement, something that allows for uniformity when resolving issues related to cash register functionality. The responsibilities handled by the supplier include everything involved in rolling out new cash zones, servicing fiscal data recorders, promptly handling equipment failures, and replacing fiscal memory and fiscal memory devices.

“Smooth cash zone operation is one of the data points making up how we evaluate our service level, which is why we let the professionals take care of tech support for Posuda Center's cash registers. We have been working with MAYKOR since 2012, and throughout that period the company has proven to be a reliable service partner,” noted Dmitry Zauzolkov, IT director at Posuda Center.
