OREANDA-NEWS. August 27, 2014. Sviaz-Bank (Vnesheconombank Group) has accredited more housing complexes under its uncollateralized Novostroyka (New Home) program in Moscow Region.

Accreditation will give the green light to Sviaz-Bank’s customers to purchase housing in the Mishino housing complex (Building 4) and Mechta housing complex (Block 10, Buildings 18, 20, 22, 24, 26, 28, and 30), both under construction. The total number of new housing projects accredited by Sviaz-Bank in just Moscow and Moscow Region has topped 95 in the economy and business classes.

The minimum down payment on mortgages issued for the purchase of apartments in these housing projects amounts to a low 10%. A mortgage may be taken out for a period of up to 30 years at a small proportion of the borrower’s earnings charged every month to repay the loan, and mortgages may also be repaid before expiry. The Bank charges a minimum interest starting at 11.8% under the program that depends directly on the size of the down payment – the larger the down payment the smaller the interest rate payable on the mortgage, and the other way around. Down payment may also be paid from funds available under the Maternal Capital certificate and any other government subsidies. Mortgage applications are accepted from persons who have turned 21 years of age.

The Mishino housing complex is being built by the Ingeokom Group of Companies in the northern quarter of Khimki city, and the Mechta complex, by Block 10 LLC next to Ozeretskoye village, Dmitrov District, Moscow Region.

The landscaping project for the territory of the Mishino low-level housing block was developed with consideration for the development value of the area. The architecture of the buildings now going up will give a favorable impression of the project from the outside and have apartments designed to make comfortable to live in. Apartments of the new housing complex have ceilings 3.1 meters high or higher, and some of them have terraces and storerooms on the top floor of the basement. The developer also sells custom-built apartments provided with heating pipeline manifolds.

The Mechta complex lies in the center of a protected nature reserve, next to the Rogachevo Highway running between the Moscow-St. Petersburg Highway (starting out of Moscow as the Leningrad Highway) and the Moscow-Dubna Highway (extension of the Dmitrov Highway in Moscow). A new expressway from Moscow to St. Petersburg running a few kilometers away from the complex will open for traffic soon. The idea of the complex project is to build housing on a par with the modern country home in quality and comfort at a lower price. Bank customers have a choice of one-room apartments 28 square meters in area to cottages of 355 square meters each.
