OREANDA-NEWS. On August 27, 2014, Moscow Domodedovo Airport held a “Passenger's Hour” campaign. The event was organized by the Linear Division of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Russian Federation and Moscow Domodedovo Airport with the assistance of security experts of partner airlines such as S7 Airlines and Transaero and representatives of the Moscow Prosecutor for Supervision of Law Enforcement Aboard Air and Water Transport.

Passengers and guests of the airport had a chance to communicate with experts of law enforcement authorities and security services of the airport and carriers in the form of an open dialogue. The campaign participants answered questions about organization of public order in the territory of the passenger terminal, the luggage and cargo carriage procedure.

“We are delighted that such activities are supported by both the airport airlines,” said Mikhail Novikov, Acting Head of the Linear Division of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Russian Federation at Moscow Domodedovo Airport. “The main idea of the campaign is to remind that the staff of the Linear Department of the Ministry of the Interior, of the security services of the airport and airline are always available to the passengers and are always ready to answer all questions."

The campaign has been held at Moscow Domodedovo Airport for the third year in a row and each time it attracts attention of passengers and guests of the air hub offering an opportunity to directly communicate with specialists and get detailed information on the airport security and law enforcement activities in the territory of the passenger terminal.
