NTT DATA Institute of Management Consulting, Inc. announced that it will establish a branch office in Singapore on September 1st with the co-sponsorship of NTT DATA Corporation, to provide quality consulting services to our customers in the Asia-Pacific region. NTT DATA and NTT DATA Institute of Management Consulting will continue to improve its consulting capability around the world and serve client's needs in the global market.

Since its establishment in 1991, NTT DATA Institute of Management Consulting has adopted the motto "IT BRAINS for Info-Future," and been providing research, policy recommendations and consulting services, mainly in the fields of public services, financial services and enterprise servises in Japan. While the companies continue to globalize and the overseas business development of financial institutions in Japan, NTT DATA Institute of Management Consulting has decided to establish our first branch office in Singapore, that is strategically located in the Asia-Pacific region and has achieved significant economic development.

Because of having a good social infrastructure and robust legal system, Singapore has been attracting attention as a regional headquarter in Asia-Pacific area and the companies around the world continue to establish their operating bases in finance, logistics and IT industries accordingly. NTT DATA Institute of Management Consulting Singapore Branch is to offer the consulting services such as market research, strategy planning, process improvement and implementation widely throughout Southeast Asia.

In addition, NTT DATA became a member of the Asian Payment Network (APN) last year, and is seeking to provide the function of retail payment services in the Asia-Pacific region.
