In spite of the forced termination of activity of PRAVEX-BANK branches in the Autonomous Republic of Crimea, the borrowers are not free from their obligations before PRAVEX-BANK according to the conditions of effective loan agreements.

For your comfort and making sure the obligations are fulfilled, PRAVEX-BANK suggests the following options for repaying exposure:

Option 1: You can address any branch of PRAVEX-BANK in mainland Ukraine and repay your exposure on your own.

Option 2: You can transfer funds for repaying your loan in those banks which operate in the Crimea. If you choose this option, do the following:

2.1. For repaying a UAH loan, a borrower needs to make a money transfer in RUB in a branch of any bank that operates in the Autonomous Republic of Crimea, to your current account in PRAVEX-BANK.
Upon receiving the RUB transfer, the Bank shall repay the exposure of a borrower in UAH using a commercial UAH/RUB exchange rate effective on the date of selling the currency.

2.2. For repaying a loan in foreign currency, a borrower needs to make a money transfer in foreign currency (USD, EUR) in a branch of any bank that operates in the Autonomous Republic of Crimea.

The transfer of funds for repaying a loan in the Crimea is make according to the rates of Russian banks that operate there.
