OREANDA-NEWS. September 03, 2014. ProCredit Bank is seeking participants for its 11th Young Bankers Programme, which will begin on 27 October 2014.

During the sixth-month programme, participants are introduced to key banking processes and services, gain basic knowledge of finance and economics, learn about the corporate culture and ethical standards that guide our everyday work, study the main aspects of globalisation and environmental management, take mathematics and accounting courses, undergo practical training at the bank branches, and  take part in challenging individual and team projects focused on professional and personal development.

Upon successful completion of the programme, there is a very high likelihood that graduates will be offered an employment contract with ProCredit Bank.

Training takes place in an open, active and dynamic atmosphere at our specialised training centre at 26A Lvivska St in Kyiv. The training programme is structured in such a way that participants spend half of their time in classrooms and half at the bank branches, where they learn from experienced coaches who help them put the theoretical knowledge into practice.

It should be noted that there are seven steps to the Young Bankers Programme application process:
Completion of the online form
Writing a motivation letter
Telephone conversation
Basic maths and logic test, English test
Group discussion
Individual interview
Two-week focus session
