OREANDA-NEWS.  Indrek Julge will serve as a Member of the Management Board and the Head of Corporate Banking at AS SEB Pank. Allan Parik, the current Head, will continue as Head of SEB Baltic Corporate Banking.

Indrek Julge has long-term experience in banking and management. He began working in banking in 1996. From 1999-2009, Indrek Julge worked at SEB Liising, with the last four years of this period spent as head of a subsidiary of SEB. From 2009-2011, he managed the SEB Global Transaction Services Division in Estonia and after that, until the present, he served as a Member of the Management Board of SEB Latvia and Head of Corporate Banking.

“Indrek Julge has both international experience from the SEB Group and knowledge of the Estonian market, which makes him an excellent candidate to continue the work of Allan Parik, who over the past few years has lifted the reputation of SEB Pank among major Estonian companies to the top,” Riho Unt, Chairman of the Management Board at SEB, noted.

“This year and next are of crucial importance for Estonian companies, in that only those that are able to adapt quickly will be among the first to exit the crisis. As the strongest bank in the region, we have plenty of possibilities for supporting our clients – either with financing or strategic advice. Our goal is to be a trustworthy partner to our clients and do everything we can so that they could successfully operate in both more difficult as well as better times,” Indrek Julge, the new Head of Corporate Banking at SEB Eesti, added.

For the past five years, the Corporate Banking field at SEB Eesti has been managed by Allan Parik, who since 2012 has also been the Head of SEB Baltic Corporate Banking. “I’m glad Indrek Julge is back with SEB Eesti again. Julge assuming the position of the Head of Corporate Banking at SEB Eesti gives me the opportunity to fully focus on the management of SEB Baltic Corporate Banking,” Allan Parik added.
