OREANDA-NEWS. September 17, 2014. Branch of JSC "MOESK" - Southern Electric Grids is starting the large-scale reconstruction of the Customer Service Center (CSC) in city of Podolsk.

In the new CSC all the conditions for the high quality and quick servicing of the visitors will be created, including population groups with reduced mobility.

The new office is planned to be opened from October of the current year. Thereby, the acceptance of the addresses will be made not only within a working week from Tuesday to Friday, but as well as on Saturday from 08.00 to 18.00, what is convenient for the company clients.

As deputy director of the Southern Branch of MOESK for the services development and sale Andrey Milyakov noted, the main goal of the works performed – is to provide the renewed Center with the necessary comfort level for the applicants under an address in presentia, to an electric grid company, with due regard to a big demand for the grid connection service to the networks of MOESK.

So, the number of addresses to CSC in year 2013 amounted to about 46 ths. pcs. (among them for the grid connection – over 9.5 ths. pcs.). At average, the customer office of Podolsk is visited by 200 people a day. The estimated quantity of the addresses in presentia to the customer office – is 80 ths. pcs. per year.

After carrying out the scheduled works, the area of the waiting hall for the customers will be increased and amount to about 45 sq.m. Designing of the premise will be made according to the company brand book. The changes will also touch upon the external design of the administrative building, what will give an opportunity to the company customers to determine easily a location of CSC to a specified address.

The Center provides for an opportunity of functioning of simultaneously 5 windows for acceptance and issue of the documents to the applicants. Here one may get a consultation about a power supply contract conclusion and deliver the documents which are necessary therefore, to execute contracts for the additional services conclusion. The new premise will be equipped with the take-a-number-system. The terminal apparatus in the entrance room of CSC will make it possible to distribute the clients evenly among operators, to analyze the addresses of the customers depending on the theme, to control the servicing time, to telecast video materials on an electronic board.

Thanks to the "single window" principle introduction, the clients won't have to address to different sub-divisions in the process of coordination of a contract and project documentation.

Totally, 6 customer centers function in the territory of the Southern Moscow Region, 3 among them (in cities Podolsk, Kashira and Bronnitsy) are transformed into the Customer Service Centers.

When creating the new Customer Service Centers, developing 'in presentia' and 'in absentia' forms of the applicants servicing, JSC "MOESK" strives to make the grid connection process to the company electrical networks to be maximally convenient for the dwellers of the capital city's region.
