OREANDA-NEWS. The Career Night in Murmansk was held for the first time - a platform alternative to job fairs. JSC TGC-1 and the JSC Murmanskaya CHPP participated in the event, presenting the current vacancies available in the companies.

- At our facilities located throughout the Murmansk Oblast there is a demand for specialists of different disciplines and levels of qualification. We are open to dialogue with the candidates. The platform of the Career Night is a comfortable and modern meeting place - said Svetlana Sizonenko, the Administrative Director of the Kolskiy Branch of JSC TGC-1 and the JSC Murmanskaya CHPP.

Career Night is designed to help employers demonstrate the capabilities of their enterprises, and help young people to come to a decision and find themselves in large companies, government institutions, or to opt for a business of their own.

- We wanted to show job seekers how promising and stable work in the power sector is - in our industry, the success of an employee depends on his competence, professionalism and the desire to learn. With these qualities, any expert will have a career growth and development, - added Svetlana Sizonenko.

2,300 people are working at TGC-1 in the Murmansk Oblast - the power engineers operate 17 HPPs, the Apatitskaya CHPP and the Murmanskaya CHPP.
