OREANDA-NEWS. October 06, 2014. Due to unstable situation on the currency market of Ukraine UniCredit Bank offers customers to purchase foreign currency at the interbank currency market of Ukraine to execute credit payments.

In addition, the bank canceled the fee for private customers for purchasing foreign currency at the interbank FX market to fulfill credit obligations.

In order to carry out this operation the client should contact the manager of UniCredit Bank branch and submit the original credit agreement. To purchase foreign currency at the interbank FX market the client must have current accounts in local currency and in currency of a loan.

It should be noted that the procedure of foreign currency purchase is held not earlier than the third trading day from the date of enrollment in UAH equivalent. It is better to bring funds in advance to purchase foreign currency to repay the loan, and namely in 3 working days before the date of maturity. Also, the customer must pay a fee for mandatory state pension insurance in the amount of 0.5% of the transaction amount.

The currency should be entirety used to repay the loans. It is forbidden to use foreign currency purchased at the interbank FX market for another purpose. If no loan repayment is executed in 10 days, foreign currency bought at the interbank FX market will be subject to 100% compulsory sale at interbank currency market of Ukraine.
