OREANDA-NEWS. As of 01.08.2014 the number of clients of Unibank CJSC has exceeded 250.000, increasing by 45% when compared with the last year’s indicator. The growth of the customer base is due to the expanding range of provided services, enhancing the banking technologies and service speed, implementing new system of client interaction and of course the high level of trust towards the bank.

Today Unibank branch network counts 46 service points and a head office. Bank’s branches provide the customers the whole spectrum of banking services, including depositary placement of monetary means, issuing and service of banking cards, UNISTREAM money transfers, crediting, cash management services, receiving utilities. For the provision of a more comfortable customer service, “Hakhtanak”, “Opera” and “Lori” branches work in a six-day mode, serving the customers also on Saturdays. “Zvartnots” branch works 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

In order to improve the customer service and optimize its branch performance, Unibank branches step by step pass to the “single window” principle of customer service. Now the registration of loans, deposits and bank cards, money transfers and utilities, as well as other banking services may be done by applying only to a single employee of the bank. There is no need to apply additionally to the cashier or any other service manager. As a result there have been substantial increases in the customer service speed and work efficiency of the branches.

The project is already realized in “Opera” (Yerevan, Sayat Nova), “Acharyan” (Yerevan, Acharyan 22 N51), “Yeritasardakan” (Yerevan, Abovyan 23/2), “Komitas” (Yerevan, Komitas 15/2), “Hakhtanak” (Yerevan, Komitas 62, N94) and “Zvartnots” (Zvartnots airport) branches.
Payment terminals are placed in all Unibank branches and in two of the VEGA chain stores for customers to be able to repay their loans and replenish accounts.
