OREANDA-NEWS. 15-16 October 2014 in Rivne was organized meeting of heads of P&G sales departments of DP "SAVSERVICE KARPATY" with functional leaders and representatives from related departments.

The meeting took place in two stages. The first day was organized quest for managers and trade representatives that primary purpose was to exchange experience, knowledge and a new vision of the trading team. Notably good results that showed employees in quest: for example, the plan for the day in UAH was 136%, in retail outlets - 95% in the SKU - 113%. During the exciting business game staff managed to sell the maximum number of new products and even sign a new contract with "gold" customers.

The next day was devoted to presentations. The primary task of the day was summarizing Q1 FY 2014/15 and discussion of goals and priorities for the next quarter. First with their presentations were functional head of P&G sales Yuriy Strusevych, regional development managers Andriy Makhovskyi and Natalia Sushelnytska. According to the last quarter were determined three branches of the best indicators - Lutsk, Lviv and Khmelnitskyi, representatives of that were awarded with diplomas and memorable gifts.

Actively took part in the meeting head of training and development department Oleksander. His speech was devoted to the new system of training in sales and its importance. We would like to note speech of Larysa Borysyuk, the purpose of that was to consider and discuss key KPIs of merchandising department of PROMO SERVICE.

The meeting allowed all participants to exchange experiences and to reaffirm that they are the only team that is going to set goals and strives to achieve new heights.
