OREANDA-NEWS. The UTair Aviation frequent flyer program is celebrating more than 600,000 active members, proving once again that the STATUS is not only one of Russia's leading frequent flyer programs in terms of the number of members and the number of bonuses given out, but is also among the largest loyalty programs in Russia. Launched on December 1, 2001, the STATUS frequent flyer program was one of the first loyalty programs to be introduced on Russian market.

The program currently includes three participation options: STATUS for individual participants, STATUS-Family and STATUS-Business. Advanced VIP and PREMIUM program levels are available both to individual participants and families. Since the launch of the program, UTair has given out 386,816 bonus tickets and provided over 10,000 service class upgrades.

Co-branded cards issued by leading banks partnering with UTair, including VTB 24, Surgutneftegasbank and Khanty-Mansiysk banks, open additional options to program participants. UTair frequent flyers can accumulate miles by using services offered by over 70 program partners, including hotels, taxi services, car rentals, insurance companies, cafes and restaurants. Baggage packing services in the airports of the UTair network is another option available to STATUS program participants. Accumulated miles also can be spent on a unique experience: a session in full immersion virtual reality Mi-8 helicopter simulator.
