OREANDA-NEWS. Belye Stolby overpass was inaugurated in the Moscow Region, on Moscow Inner Beltway, at the 31st kilometer of the Ryazanskoe Shosse - Kashirskoe Shosse section (Moscow Region). General Contractor - JSC USK MOST.

Belye Stolby overpass is the first of nine sites, which were built under an agreement between the Rosavtodor, the Federal Road Agency, the Government of the Moscow Region, and JSC RZD on construction of overpasses at the highway rail crossings.

The opening ceremony of the installation, which is of importance for the Moscow Region, was conducted with participation of Roman Starovoyt, Rosavtodor President, Andrey Kostyuk, Rosavtodor Vice President, Andrey Vorobiev, Governor of the Moscow Region, Yury Zhirkov, Director of the FKU Maladministration, Vladimir Pochtov, General Director of JSC SK MOST, a subcontractor.

As part of project implementation, the builders of the SK MOST Group of Companies have not only built the overpass with approaches, but they also relocated the utility lines, built four culverts and two retaining walls that are 234 and 272 meters long, and a detour road.

The new overpass will improve traffic conditions on the Moscow Inner Beltway, which contributes to redistribution of traffic flows between the Moscow-bound radial highways. The overpass layout is tied to a Central Beltway under design because the Central Beltway path runs along the existing Moscow Inner Beltway.
