OREANDA-NEWS. Another production record is set at CJSC "Nazarovo Open Pit Mine" (part of OJSC "Siberian Coal Energy Company"). Sergei Golynchik's crew that operates dragline excavator ЭШ 20/90 No.19 has moved 5 mln m3 of coal YTD.

"Such high result at a machine of this type has been achieved for the first time in 60 years of the Company's history ", - says Juri Kilin, head of Nazarovo Open Pit Mine. He wished the team more production achievements and accidents-free work.

Juri Kilin named "human factor" one of the leading variables of success. Sergey Golynchik, the hereditary miner and full cavalier of the "Miner's Glory" Order, and his crew set several production records YTD. On the Miner's Day the crew was honored with the "golden" named helmets of SUEK - it is not an official reward, but it fully reflects the Company's attitude towards the ЭШ-2090 № 19 workers as a "golden fund".

Another prerequisite for high-performance is the introduction of an excavator rationalization proposal for the reconstruction of walking mechanism. Numbers of basic units were renovated, as well as electrical equipment of the machine was updated. All of this eventually made it possible to significantly increase the ratio of technical readiness of the excavator.

Besides, the machine is equipped with an automated bucket accounting system. Such innovation increased the crew motivation to work harder. The contest between the crews is organized. All of this had its impact on productivity. From the beginning of the year, Sergei Golynchik excavator's productivity went up by more than 29%. The next best team's (Sergey Mozhgin's) productivity achieved 18%.

Andrey Federov, CEO of OJSC "SEUK-Krasnoyarsk" congratulated the dragliners with another production victory. "Each new record of Nazarovo people proves that their efficiency and professionalism have no limits and that they are full with power and energy for new achievements. I wish them Siberian health, happiness, prosperity and to keep up with the achieved levels of productivity".
