OREANDA-NEWS. NTT Communications Corporation (NTT Com), the ICT solutions and international communications business within the NTT Group, announced today that its Arcstar Universal One global VPN service received a No.1 Customer Satisfaction designation from the UK marketing services firm Ocean82, Ltd. for a second straight year. The selection, which is based on predicted organic growth and overall customer satisfaction, was published recently in "Voice of the Customer: Global Data VPN, Issue 17," a benchmarking report.

According to Ocean82 Chief Executive Officer Janet Watkin: "The more enterprises embrace the benefits of cloud services, the more they expect network service providers to deliver superior customer value at an accelerated pace. NTT Com, having earned our highest customer satisfaction rating among prominent global telecoms for a second straight year, has demonstrated its consistent capability to meet the highest expectations of multinational enterprises for data VPN network services."

NTT Com was named "Best in Class" in no less than seven categories, including overall satisfaction and network operation, and received 14 Gold Awards among 39 areas of measurement. Also, NTT Com was the only company to earn a World Class Customer Satisfaction award for demonstrating its sustainable competitive advantage. This is the third straight year in which NTT Com has won this separate award.

Ocean82 evaluated customer satisfaction of eight global telecom operators, the others being AT&T, BT, Orange Business, T-Systems, Telefonica, Verizon and Vodafone Global Enterprise. The methodology involved interviewing decision-makers, influencers and end users at more than 1,000 multinational companies. The report considered major categories of customer service and 32 related service attributes.

NTT Com continues to enhance its global data communications offerings with top-quality cloud-based Arcstar Universal One VPN services. To ensure global quality, the company organizes the annual Arcstar Carrier Forum, an international conference where partner carriers devise strategies to strengthen Arcstar-branded managed network services offered to multinational corporations. NTT Com remains deeply committed to providing superior ICT services in nearly 200 countries
