Modular training of employees of the company on hot topics "The organization and management in railway system", "Retails and marketing in railway system", "Development of IT and automation in railway industry" with involvement of specialists from DB International GmbH company considerably strengthened skills of the personnel in these areas.

Today employees of JSC "NC "KTZ" in a festive atmosphere were handed certificates on the successful completion of advanced training courses. Training on the basis of the Center of technologies on transport of the national company KTZ in Astana is equated to training in foreign educational institutions.

Certificates were handed by the Director of the Eastern Europe region, Russia and the CIS countries of DB International, Oliver Pitts and the Director of the branch "The center for appraisal and development of the personnel of railroad transport" of JSC "NC "KTZ" M. Marasilov.

The training was attended by 150 managers and employees of structural divisions of JSC "NC "KTZ".

During the sessions, participants explore in depth the aspects of modern enterprises of the transport market, reviewed a large number of examples from the practice of making administrative and structural solutions, implementation of marketing strategies.

According to the students, the knowledge and experience gained during training, relevant, useful and applicable to projects implemented in KTZ.

Expert in logistics at DB International Andreas Schultz said that students showed special interest in the experience of transformation of DB, strategic management and implementation of IT solutions. During the discussions and group work were established similarities and differences in the development of KTZ and DB, it was found that DB experience is of great practical value for the colleagues in Kazakhstan.
