OREANDA-NEWS. Tele2, an alternative mobile operator, has appointed Konstantin Motlyakh as chief executive officer of the Centre macroregion.

Konstantin will supervise operative management of the Tele2 business in the Centre macroregion, improvement of major financial and operating indicators. He will also be in charge of promoting corporate culture and Tele2Way values in the macroregion.

The Centre macroregion consists of Vladimir, Ivanovo, Kaluga, Kostroma, Ryazan, Tula, Tver, Smolensk and Yaroslavl regions.

Konstantin Motlyakh graduated from the Chita State Technical University holding a degree in “Materials handling vehicles and equipment” and the Russian Academy of Entrepreneurship, majored in Management. He also holds an MBA.

Konstantin has a huge experience he gained while working in such telecommunications companies as MTS, Sibirtelecom and Rostelecom. Prior to integration of Rostelecom mobile assets with Tele2 he headed Baykalvestkom over two years. Konstantin Motlyakh joined the Tele2 team in April 2014 as Tele2 Irkutsk regional managing director.

Konstantin was appointed as Tele2 Centre macroregion's CEO in October 2014.
