OREANDA-NEWS. November 06, 2014. The Federal Arbitration Court of the Moscow District reversed the ruling of the Appeal Court that invalidated the FAS decision on an antimonopoly case against Roszheldor.

On 3rd September 2013, the Federal Antimonopoly Service (FAS Russia) found actions of Roszheldor illegitimate. The company unreasonably prevented operations of “Kimovskgazstroi” PSP” Ltd. considering opening Zhdanka station, Moscow Railway, on private rail tracks of “Kimovskgazstroi” PSP” Ltd. (Clause 2 Part 1 Article15 of the Federal Law “On Protection of Competition”).

“Kimovskgazstroi” PSP” Ltd. is the largest supplier of liquefied hydrocarbon gas (LHG) in the Tula region, and is involved in wholesale LHG sales in the Kursk, Orel, Voronezh, Kaluga and Moscow regions. LHG supplies to “Kimovskgazstroi” PSP” Ltd. are directly related to opening Zhdanka station permanently under 8n paragraph ТР No. 4.

Actions of Roszheldor adversely affected entrepreneurial and business activities of “Kimovskgazstroi” PSP” Ltd., which operations are practically paralyzed.
