OREANDA-NEWS. UniCredit Bank took 4th position in most reliable banks rating according Forinsurer magazine.

According to the report, the rating takes into account the ability of the bank return the deposit without delay in case if it will have financial problems or problems of loan repayments and clients' debt mounting, as well as the level of support of shareholders and the state.

"The bank needs to have sufficient amount of capital and liquidity for work. To determine them there is regulatory capital adequacy ratio which should be greater than 10%, otherwise the NBU has the right to introduce temporary administration" - said Forinsurer.

Regulatory capital adequacy ratio of UniCredit Bank on October 1, 2014 is 14.33%, which is almost a half times higher the norm established by the NBU.
