OREANDA-NEWS. Following the inspection conducted at OJSC Irkutskenergo's enterprises by specialists from EMERCOM, the Pribaikalsk Administration of the Federal Service for Ecological, Technological and Nuclear Supervision and the UDCC Siberia Branch of OJSC SO UES (Irkutsk Regional Dispatch Control Center) and representatives of the Ministry of Housing, Energy and Transport of the Irkutsk Region, Irkutskenergo and its branches have been issued with certificates of readiness for maximum loads for the 2014-2015 autumn and winter period. The certificates of readiness were signed by Sergey Polyantsev, the Chairman of the commission, Head of the Department of Operational Control and Management in the Power Industry of the Ministry of Energy of the Russian Federation. All main and auxiliary equipment had undergone repairs. As of the end of October 2014, fuel inventories at OJSC Irkutskenergo's CHPPs totaled 3,206 thousand tons of coal and 3,564 tons of fuel oil.

OJSC Krasnoyarsk HPP was issued with a certificate of readiness for the 2014-2015 autumn and winter period signed by the Deputy Minister of Energy Andrey Cherezov. The document was issued based on the decision of the commission and the relevant inspection certificate. The commission assessing the readiness of the Krasnoyarskaya HPP for the winter period included specialists from the Yenisei Administration of the Federal Service for Ecological, Technological and Nuclear Supervision, the UDCC Siberia Branch of OJSC SO UES (Krasnoyarsk Regional Dispatch Control Center), as well as representatives of the Ministry of Energy and Public Utilities of the Krasnoyarsk Territory and the Russian Ministry of Energy. The program of repairs of main and auxiliary equipment, buildings and structures of the Krasnoyarskaya HPP had been fully implemented. All HPP equipment and systems had been prepared, and hydroelectric units, power transformers and 220 kV and 500 kV outdoor switchgears had undergone major and running repairs.

LLC Avtozavodskaya CHPP was issued with a certificate of readiness for the 2014-2015 autumn and winter period following the inspection conducted by specialists from the Russian Ministry of Energy, the Volga-Oka Administration of Rostekhnadzor, the Power Generation and Supply Department of the Ministry of Housing and Public Utilities and Fuel and Energy Complex of the Nizhny Novgorod Region and the Nizhny Novgorod Regional Dispatch Control Center. During the preparation for the 2014-2015 heating season, a large-scale program of repairs had been implemented at the Avtozavoskaya CHPP: repairs had been carried out to seven turbine units, a water make-up unit within the heating network, pumps, heaters, pipelines and valves. Fuel oil facilities had also undergone repairs.

OJSC EnSer was issued with a certificate of readiness for the 2014-2015 autumn and winter period confirming the readiness of the heat generating facilities and municipal heating networks, based on positive findings of a commission of experts comprising representatives of the Administration of the Miass City District, the local Civil Defense and Emergency Situations Department, as well as the representatives of the local department of the Federal Service for Ecological, Technological and Nuclear Supervision in the Chelyabinsk Region and the department of the State Housing Inspectorate of the regional Ministry of Construction. Preparation had included major repairs to boilers and pumps, technical inspection, diagnostics and tests of the CHPP equipment, repairs to buildings and structures, and preparing inventories of emergency fuel.

All enterprises of EuroSibEnergo Group have sufficient stockpiles of emergency fuel, and training in accident prevention in low temperatures has been successfully conducted.
