OREANDA-NEWS. Ingosstrakh Insurance Company became the laureate of the prize "Leader of Customer-Oriented Business-2014" in the "Insurance Company" nomination. The event was organized by the Association of Customer Loyalty and Client Orientation (KLIK) and with the support of Moscow Chamber of Commerce and Industry.

The award was given to companies of different sectors of business that lay special emphasis on the quality of their products or services, as well as on the level of customer service.

The selection of the most customer-oriented companies was organized in two stages. First, a survey was conducted in big cities, and then the evaluation work was continued by the expert panel of the Award Committee.

The results of the analysis of all the data were used to determine winners who received awards in a number of nominations. Ingosstrakh Insurance Company was recognized as the most customer-oriented insurer.

Association of Customer Loyalty and Client Orientation (KLIK) is aimed at promoting favorable environment for the development of the customer-oriented approach in business in Russia and the CIS countries, to help the companies in this market satisfy the needs of their customers to the fullest extent, anticipate the demand and manufacture those products and offer those services that the customers will want.
